Cancellation & Refund Policy Last Updated: October 28, 2025 At Swasthika Collections, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality handcrafted products. This policy outlines our guidelines on cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through www.swasthikacollections.com. 1. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customized products (such as Bharathanatyam costumes or made-to-order items) cannot be cancelled once work has started. 2. Returns & Replacement We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases: You received a damaged or defective product. You received the wrong product. To be eligible: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit/refund, depending on product availability. 3. Non-Returnable Items Certain products are not eligible for return or refund: Customized or made-to-order costumes Jewelry or accessories once worn or used Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer 4. Refund Process Once your return is approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side. 5. Shipping Costs for Returns If the return is due to a damaged or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
